Taos: Camino de la Serna and Arroyo Hondo land grants

I'm not making this up. Some locals formed a Spanish land grant board under NM law for land encompassing most of Taos. They filed claim to title for most of Taos. All real estate sales and refinancings have stalled in 2011. WAITING FOR QUEEN ISABELLA TO RULE, I guess.
